Just 40 seats, a view of Ventotene, and the sound of the sea in the background. Maruzzella Restaurant was born from a simple idea: to bring Mediterranean cuisine to life in a setting that reflects its true essence—with local ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and flavors that leave a lasting impression.
The kitchen is open, because we believe in sharing what we do best. At the stove, the Executive Chef Giovanni Buonomano gives tradition a modern touch—working with local ingredients and honest, familiar flavors. It’s not about showing off, but about rediscovering the roots we come from, and reimagining them with balance and care.
The restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests.
